We believe that everyone deserves a little extra help, and we're here to ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed. Meet Our Founder
Our Story
Our journey began when our founder, Lara De, discovered her passion for helping kids with special needs learn to swim as a volunteer instructor. This passion soon expanded to the classroom, where she supported fellow students with learning disabilities. Together with partners at other non-profits supporting FCPS, she founded Students for Success, dedicated to empowering students and fostering a supportive learning environment.
